Description

The approximately 88-meter-high red-brick high-rise by renowned Berlin architect Prof. Kollhoff is inspired by the style of American skyscrapers from the 1920s. With its location directly on the River Main, it offers a fantastic view of the Frankfurt skyline. After around 20 years of hotel operation, it will be completely converted and modernized into a boarding house with suites and studios in 2026. In line with the expectations of the new generation, a new living concept for long- and short-term guests is being created.

Equipped with private kitchenettes and mostly spacious living areas, our guests are independent of fixed breakfast times. The supermarket across the street complements our own 24/7 shop, which provides everything your heart desires. In our restaurant Isoletta, we spoil you with Italian cuisine such as pinsa and classic pasta dishes. Premium U.S. steaks are also featured on the menu. In addition to a cozy library, a lounge bar with a separate cigar lounge, a 450-square-meter spa area with four saunas, a pool, and access to PrimeTime Fitness are also available.
